A federal judge just put a hold on the ruling forcing McGahn to testify before the House Judiciary Committee. The interesting part of this is that it was the same judge who issued the ruling in the first place:
NEWS: The federal district court judge who ruled earlier this week that Don McGahn is not immune from a House subpoena has agreed to put a brief hold on her own ruling to allow the government to appeal, NBC’s Pete Williams reports.

Here’s the order from the judge:
It’s only for seven days, but it gives the Trump administration time to appeal the ruling as the court considers the stay request on the merits.
