It’s being reported right now that three Katyusha rockets have fallen inside Baghdad’s Green Zone, which is on the eastern side of Baghdad:

According to police, one landed near the US Embassy, which Reuters points out was about 100 meters away:
Iraqi military says in a statement that two Katyusha rockets fell inside the Green Zone causing no casualties. Police sources tell Reuters at least one rocket landed close to the U.S. embassy.

If this is true, they would have had to come from within Iraq, as the border to Iran is over 80+ miles away:
The maximum range of Katyusha rockets is only around 12 miles. Most variants have a range of rather less than 10 miles.
