BREAKING: Kristi Noem just ended TPS for YEMEN

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem just ended Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for illegals here from Yemen. No idea how many this applies to but it will undoubtedly be challenged it court.

Here’s more from Bill Melugin:

BREAKING: DHS announces it is terminating Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for migrants from Yemen, w/ Secretary Noem writing:

“Allowing TPS Yemen beneficiaries to remain temporarily in the United States is contrary to our national interest.”

TPS was initially granted to Yemeni nationals in 2015, and it was extended or redesignated in 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, 2023, & 2024.

This termination will take effect 60 days after the notice is published in the Federal Register. After that termination date, ICE can seek to arrest any Yemeni nationals who haven’t left the U.S.
