The illegal that murdered Laken Riley has just been indicted on a bunch of charges, the most significant being ‘malice murder’.
According to the New York Post, he’s being indicted on “malice murder, two counts of kidnapping with bodily injury, two counts of aggravated assault with intent to rape, two counts of aggravated battery, obstructing or hindering a person from making a 911 call, tampering with evidence and being a “peeping tom”.
A Georgia grand jury on Tuesday indicted Jose Ibarra, who was charged in the shocking murder of nursing student Laken Riley, on 10 counts including malice murder and kidnapping.
Ibarra, a 26-year-old Venezuelan migrant illegally living in the U.S., is accused of killing Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student, while she was out for a run on the University of Georgia campus in Athens on Feb. 22.
The grand jury indicted Ibarra on counts of malice murder, two counts of kidnapping with bodily injury, two counts of aggravated assault with intent to rape, two counts of aggravated battery, obstructing or hindering a person from making a 911 call, tampering with evidence and being a “peeping tom,” according to court documents obtained by Fox News.
I’m glad they are throwing the book at him. Hopefully the courts won’t go easy on him either.
But one of the real culprits in this murder is Joe Biden, who opened the border on his first day in the Oval Office and allowed this killer to come over and murder Riley. It’s disgusting that he doesn’t take responsibility here, or even care that her murder happened. Someone should throw the book at him, but that’ll likely never happen.
