Maine law enforcement officials have not located the gunman Robert Card yet and announced today that they will be searching a body of water where near where Card’s car was found in Lisbon.

While the official said they would be following up on many other leads, it’s clear that they believe Card may have killed himself and his body is in the water.
I should also note that, according to Bill Melugin, “highly trained Border Patrol BORTAC agents arrived in Maine” last night “and are now involved in the manhunt for suspected mass shooter Robert Card.”
