A reporter out today from Fox News suggests that Secretary of State Marco Rubio is going to cut or consolidate around 300 offices at the State Department.

Rubio responded to it and all but confirmed it outright:

Bam. This is the kind of change we voted for in November and I’m so glad to see it happening so quickly. Rubio is wasting no time at shrinking the size of the federal government, far beyond what was done earlier this year with layoffs and the severance plan.
