BREAKING: Markwayne Mullin CONFIRMED as new DHS Secretary

Senator Markwayne Mullin has just been confirmed as the new Department of Homeland Security Secretary, and it was a vote that got one Republican nay and two Democrat yays.

Here’s the news:

The one Republican ‘no’ vote was obviously Rand Paul.

The two Democrat ‘yes’ votes were from Senators John Fetterman (D-PA) and Martin Heinrich (D-NM).

Congrats to Mullin, and let’s hope he does a better job than Kristi Noem – at least with respect to President Trump and the country.
