Mitch McConnell has announced that he’s a big fat no on Biden’s SCOTUS nominee after listening to her this week and studying her record:
I went into the Senate’s consideration of Judge Jackson’s nomination with an open mind.
But after studying the nominee’s record and watching her performance this week, I cannot and will not support Judge Jackson for a lifetime appointment to our highest Court.

In short, McConnell explains that he doesn’t support Jackson because she is in favor of packing the high court, refuses to explain her judicial philosophy and is way too soft on criminals.
I hope that all Republicans follow in his footsteps, but sadly I think we’ll probably end up doing a post on which Republicans voted for Jackson.
I don’t know where both Manchin and Sinema stand on Jackson, but if any Republicans support Jackson then it probably won’t matter and she’ll get voted in…
