A judge in Michigan just gave Trump a big victory and ruled the Secretary of State cannot remove Trump’s name off the ballot should he win the primary.
The judge ruled that the Secretary of State doesn’t have the authority to take Trump’s name off the ballot based on the phony fourth amendment reasoning.
He also ruled that this is a political question and one that is not suited for the courts at this time.
