Mike Lee just tweeted out his support for the tax bill which will be voted on tomorrow in the Senate.
Here’s his tweet:
Just finished reading the final Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. It will cut taxes for working Utah families. I will proudly vote for it.

Not only will he vote for it, he’ll PROUDLY vote for it. That’s quite an enthusiastic endorsement.
It’s been reported that McCain won’t be there to vote for the tax bill:
McCain is out for tax bill vote. That means there are 99 available senators. GOP MS Sen Cochran expected to be here & vote yes on tax bill. GOP sources confident they have the votes to pass the bill.

I’m guessing Flake and Collins are still holdouts…
Senate ok'd 1st version of tax bill 51-49 in Nov. Corker was only GOP no. Corker is a yea now. 3 senators haven't formally announced their support for the bill: Lee, Collins, Flake.

Here’s more from Chad Pergram:
With 51 operational yeas in the Senate, GOP can only lose 1 of their before they face problems passing tax bill. Could still pass bill 50-49. Can't lose another. Pence can only vote if it's a tie. That requires an even number of senators voting, say 98.

If for some reason Senate GOPers don't have votes for tax bill, McConnell could not hold vote. Budget reconciliation pkg for tax reform should be valid thru Sept 30 '18. But Senate math changes w/Dem AL Sen-elect Doug Jones. Will be 51-49 soon.

It’s just been reported that Senator Collins is a YES on the bill as well.
