This might be the most backbone you’ve ever seen from Mike Pence.
In a statement released a few moments ago, Mike Pence railed against Trump saying “Today’s indictment serves as an important reminder: anyone who puts himself over the Constitution should never be President of the United States.”
Notice that Pence follows this up by saying he hasn’t reviewed the indictment yet. That’s one heck of a statement to make to not have read the indictment.
Pence is clearly trying to use this to as a way to get some momentum behind his campaign for president. But I really don’t think it’s going to work.
