Every liberal and Democrat on CNN and MSNBC’s staff was salivating at the thought of this filing coming in Robert Mueller and… it just dropped.
Here are some of the details:
Mueller’s sentencing memorandum on Michael Flynn recommends leniency — “low end” of sentencing range.

Mueller on Flynn: "Given the defendant’s substantial assistance and other considerations set

forth below, a sentence at the low end of the guideline range—including a sentence that does not impose a term of incarceration—is appropriate and warranted."
Some people are taking this to mean he’s cooperating a LOT with the investigation.
BUT… a lot of it is redacted:
Mueller's office says that it can't reveal the details of all of Flynn's assistance because "the investigations in which he has provided assistance are ongoing." pic.twitter.com/RKxD0g70ij

And I’m seeing a lot of people who are disappointed that this is the case. They want details!!!
BREAKING: Special counsel Robert Mueller's office is okay if Michael Flynn doesn't serve any prison time — his crime was "serious," prosecutors said, but he also "substantially" assisted the government, per filing tonight https://t.co/Ty1nlrZAm2 pic.twitter.com/JRe6v3zyq8

AND…
Wow, I was NOT expecting Mueller to recommend that Michael Flynn host the Oscars, his cooperation must REALLY have been substantial
— James Poniewozik (@poniewozik) December 5, 2018
Just kidding that didn’t happen. I hope.
I’ll update with more details as they become available.
UPDATE:

NBC News: Special Counsel Robert Mueller says that Ret. Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn made multiple false statements to law enforcement.

However, he's provided "substantial assistance" to their investigation, including 19 meetings with the Mueller team and DOJ attorneys.
Hmm….
