Earlier today we told you that despicable Nancy Pelosi told the media she’d be having a conversation about the 25th amendment tomorrow. Well this is specifically what it will be about:
1) Pelosi & Dem MD Rep Raskin to hold press conf tomorrow on the bill titled the "Commission on Presidential Capacity to Discharge the Powers and Duties of Office Act."

Does this sound like a woman confident that Trump will lose the election? No it does not! She’s already preparing for Trump’s victory and wants to create a new commission to declare Trump unfit to be President. To hell with the American people. That’s exactly what this is about, and she’s hoping Democrats win back the Senate so they can force this through.
As a reminder, this is what the 25th amendment says:
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
“…or of such other body as Congress may by law provide…” First of all it’s the VP plus this group, and Mike Pence would never go along with this. But let’s be clear about this. The party of Joe Biden wants to not only change the fundamental makeup of the Supreme Court, they want to create a more ironclad way to forcibly remove the president using the 25th amendment.
