Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu just cancelled his delegation that was coming to the U.S. this week to discuss the Rafah invasion with Joe Biden.
According to Barak Ravid, he cancelled the delegation after Biden allowed a ceasefire resolution to pass the UN Security Council by abstaining. He could have vetoed it.
