New police bodycam footage release in court shows witnesses defending Daniel Penny during his subway encounter with Jordan Neely.
Witness suggested Penny was very respectful with his take down and did not choke him:

One witness said that it was not a strong choke hold but just enough to restrain Neely, who she described as “off the charts” and suggested he was on drugs.
