A 12-story condo partially collapsed overnight in Miami Beach while people were undoubtedly sleeping. Rescue efforts are underway and thus far one person is dead, two people have been taken to the hospital and ten others treated at the scene. [UPDATE: According to the news below, 35 people have been pulled from the rubble thus far.]

According to a fire official, 35 people were pulled from the collapsed building. Search and rescue efforts ongoing.”
