BREAKING: New video shows intense Israeli airstrikes in Sidon area of Lebanon

It’s being reported this morning that Israel has just bombed the Sidon area of Lebanon with intense airstrikes. Sidon is not a border region, where airstrikes have normally taken place in response to terror from Hezbollah. It is in southern Lebanon but is roughy 34 miles north of the border.

Below are videos from Joe Truzeman:

“Israeli airstrike in the Sidon area, located in Lebanon. The area is considerably farther north than where the usual fighting has taken place.”

Here’s more from Roya News:

“Israeli” aircraft carried out heavy airstrikes on the village of Al-Ghaziyeh and the outskirts of the Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp near the city of Sidon in southern Lebanon – per Roya’s correspondent.

Multiple and consecutive strikes were conducted. The airstrikes targeted the Al-Ghaziyeh area and the industrial zone, with additional strikes hitting various areas in southern Lebanon.

It also targeted the towns of of Al-Adisa and Kafr Kila. Videos showed damages inside the Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp as a result.

The “Israeli” army radio reported that the attack on Sidon targeted Hezbollah’s infrastructure and was not an assassination operation.

Lebanese security sources reported eight minor injuries due to the targeting of the town of Al-Ghaziyeh, with fires still burning at the site of the attack.
