The same New York AG who vowed to investigate all things Trump if she got elected in order to destroy him, is now filing a lawsuit to dissolve the NRA completely:
FOX NEWS – New York Attorney General Letitia James announced Thursday that her office has filed a lawsuit against the National Rifle Association and its leadership, including Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre, looking to dissolve the organization.
James accused the organization of having “a culture of self-dealing,” taking millions of dollars for personal use and granting contracts that benefited leaders’ family and associates.
“The NRA’s influence has been so powerful that the organization went unchecked for decades while top executives funneled millions into their own pockets,” James said in a statement. “The NRA is fraught with fraud and abuse, which is why, today, we seek to dissolve the NRA, because no organization is above the law.”

James claims illegal conduct and self-dealing that violate New York’s charity law.

I know the NRA has had problems in the past few years, but color me skeptical of the claims made by James’ office. After all, she proved she would be a partisan AG when she announced she would investigate all things Trump, and now she’s using her office to dissolve the NRA, one of the biggest organizations that Democrats love to hate? Yeah, I’m not buying it.
Trump was asked about it and said the NRA needs to get out of New York and move to Texas:
