BREAKING: New York Supreme Court reinstates ALL fired unvaccinated employees, says state violated their rights!

The New York State Supreme Court has just ruled in favor of government employees who were fired by the state for refusing to get vaccinated.

Not only are they to be reinstated in their jobs, but they are to be given back pay from their firing until now:

Below is the full screenshot of the orders from one of the state’s highest court:

Note that the ruling also says – and this is big – that “Being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting Covid-19.” Wow. What an admission and it is clearly based on the evidence we’ve all see with our own eyes.

Here’s more from Fox News:

The New York State Supreme Court reinstated all employees who were fired for not being vaccinated on Monday, ordering backpay and saying their rights had been violated.

The court found that “being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.” New York City Mayor Eric Adams claimed earlier this year that his administration would not rehire employees who had been fired over their vaccination status.

NYC alone fired roughly 1,400 employees for being unvaccinated earlier this year after the city adopted a vaccine mandate under former Mayor Bill de Blasio.

Many of those fired were police officers and firefighters.

FDNY-Firefighters Association President Andrew Ansbro and FDNY-Fire Officers Association President Lt. James McCarthy condemned Adams earlier this year after the mayor allowed an exception to the vaccine mandate for athletes and performers, even as firefighters were still being fired over their status. The pair called on the city to expand the exception to all New Yorkers.

The state of New York, as were other Democrat states and cities, were such hypocrites with the vaccine. Democrats constantly argue ‘my body, my choice’ when it comes to murdering the unborn. But when it came to a vaccine that only provided some protection from COVID, they forced people to get the vax or they took away their employement.

This is a great ruling from the state supreme court and I applaud it.
