BREAKING: Ninth Circuit just gave Trump a WIN over Gavin Newsom

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals just issued a stay on a lower court order that claimed President Trump’s National Guard deployment to Los Angeles was illegal.

This lawsuit was filed by Governor Gavin Newsom against President Trump.

Here’s the news:

9th Cir. gives Trump temporary win in Posse Comitatus case, entering administrative stay of King Breyer’s decision that Trump Administration’s deployment violated law.

We all knew this would happen. Trump has authority to send National Guard members to any city on an emergency basis. Glad the Ninth Circuit lifted the ridiculous ruling.
