The known illegal immigrant MS-13 gangbanger, human trafficker and wife beater, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, still walks free while a federal judge again blocks ICE from arresting him.

No shock here that Xinis is an Obama appointee. Another activist judge doing the opposite of what common sense and the law dictates.
Seriously, I don’t care if ICE can’t deport Kilmar for another three months, he shouldn’t be walking as a free man. He should be arrested, detained and then deported. Period.
