BREAKING: Ohio House overrides DeWine veto on transgender surgery for minors and it wasn’t even close

The Ohio House has just overridden the veto by Governor DeWine of the bill banning transgender surgeries for minors. The vote to override was overwhelming and now it will head to the Ohio Senate, where they are also expected to do the same.

Here’s the news:

I’m so glad they are doing this. DeWine’s reversal and subsequent executive order really doesn’t mean much, but this soon-to-be law will be permanent.
