Both Jason Chaffetz and Elijah Cummings have sent a letter to the Office of Government Ethics and to the White House about Kellyanne Conway’s comments advertising for Ivanka Trump’s clothing line:

Here’s the letter:
While Trump has authority over disciplinary action for White House employees, the letter points out that conflict of interest Trump has in the matter and asks the Ethics office to “recommend to the head of the officer’s or employee’s agency that appropriate disciplinary action be brought against the officer or employee.”
