The Pentagon had scheduled a Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile test for this week but now they’ve canceled it so they don’t piss off Russia.
The Pentagon says they don’t want their intentions to be misunderstood and they want to demonstrate the US is a “responsible nuclear power”.
