It’s just been reported that police in Maine have surrounded a home where Robert Card is staying and are ordering him to come out with his hands up.

A helicopter has just arrived and is circling the area. Police have asked media to turn all lights off. A number of officers in tactical gear walked out in the field which leads to the residence.
