President Trump held a press conference on the DC crash that happened last night and didn’t pull any punches on how the government has been run up to now.
He made sure to highlight the fact that Joe Biden’s FAA focused on DEI hiring, suggesting that could have been part of the problem last night.
He also attacked former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, calling him a disaster and even said “he’s just got a good line of bullshit.”

President Trump also gave his own analysis of what happened, suggesting the pilot should have seen the plane coming. He also suggested that by the time the air traffic controller asked if the helicopter saw the plane, it was almost too late:
