President Trump just shattered CNN’s reporting last night that he’s considering Michigan’s Mike Rogers as FBI Director.
According to Dan Scavino, who just spoke to President-elect Trump, Rogers has never been under consideration at all.

I think this is a big relief to people because Rogers is someone who represents the swamp in DC. Despite losing his election two weeks ago, he has been in DC forever and isn’t someone known for being the type of reformer that Trump is clearly looking for to head such a massively corrupt agency.
Kash Patel, on the other hand, is that kind of reformer and hopefully Trump will nominate either him or someone like him to clean house at the FBI.
