A federal judge has just denied a bid by plantiff National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States, who sued to block President Trump’s construction of the White House ballroom.
The judge ruled that, based on the merits, the case would likely not succeed and refused to stop construction.
The judge in this case is a George W. Bush appointee.
