Ugh. Decision Desk is projecting that Raphael Warnock has indeed beaten Kelly Loeffler and won her Senate seat:

They called it a half hour ago, but based on what I’m seeing on Fox News, it’s true. Warnock leads Loeffler by .8 points with 99% of the vote.
While Perdue and Ossoff are tied at 50% with 99% of the vote in.
What a horrible outcome.
