After decades of accusations and evidence that R&B singer R. Kelly has been committing horrendous crimes of sexual slavery against underage girls, he has finally been indicted.
R. Kelly has been charged with 10 counts by the Cook County State’s Attorney.
Prosecutors hit him with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse Friday morning. TMZ has learned that all of the alleged victims ranged in age from 13 to 16 years old. One of them is the subject of 4 different counts. There are a total of 4 alleged victims.
The criminal sexual abuse charge is a class 2 felony in Illinois, and each charge carries a max sentence of 3 to 7 years in prison.
He reportedly married a 14-year-old girl decades ago and tried to hide it, and there was actually an insane sex tape that showed him urinating on an underage girl, but he has gotten away with it for decades.
Well, time is up for this scumbag.
It looks like Michael Avenatti might have had something to do with it – here he was a week ago releasing new evidence against R Kelly:
As we reported, Avenatti says he uncovered the VHS tape during a months-long investigation into allegations his clients made about Kelly having sex with minors. The tape reportedly shows Kelly having sex with a girl who seems to be 14 — with both Kelly and the girl referring to her genitals and other body parts as being 14 years old.
It’s still unclear when the tape was shot, but Avenatti said he was sure it fell within the statue of limitations.
This just happened last night:
There was a documentary about the MOUNTAIN of evidence against him called “Surviving R Kelly” and it’s really worth watching.
For those of you still wondering, “who is that again?” you might remember him from this mega-hit:
Yeah, that guy. He’s a scumbag. And now he’s indicted. Finally!
