The DOJ’s case against James Comey and Letitia James got tossed last week after a judge found that U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, Lindsey Halligan, didn’t have the legal authority to charge the two because she wasn’t Senate confirmed.
CNN is now reporting that the DOJ is likely to re-charge them this week and will seek a grand jury to do it:
