I fully expect this to be debunked, but for right now ABC News is reporting that President Trump is unhappy with DHS Secretary Kristi Noem’s performance in her hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee this week, and is querying Republicans if they think he should fire Noem.

President Donald Trump has called Republicans and top allies asking if he should fire Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, several sources tell ABC News.
The president has privately expressed deep frustration over Noem’s testimony during the Senate Judiciary committee hearing on Tuesday, those sources with direct knowledge of the conversations said.
We’ll see if this really pans out, but every time something like this has cropped up in the past, Trump has always reiterated his support for Noem. And I pretty much expect that to happen again.
