Even though President Trump “authorized the immediate removal of the United States Naval blockade” yesterday, it appears to still be in effect until Friday, when the full signing agreement takes place.

Vance confirmed it was digitally signed yesterday, but I guess that’s not good enough to fully end the blockade. Which I’m happy about given the circumstances.
