BREAKING: Sarah Sanders OUT as Press Secretary

President Trump just announced that Sarah Sanders will be leaving her job as Press Secretary at the White House at the end of June:

I think Trump might have his math wrong there, as he’s only been president for 2.5 years.

In any event, I’m sure the media will find some dirt as the reason to explain her departure and declared it as chaos in the White House or something.

What they are saying now is that Sanders wants to run for governor of Arkansas and that’s why Trump made the comment he did. That will be interesting…

  1. I will surely miss her! She would pizz off the press by calling them.out for their nonsense and left leaning ways! But she also was hammered every day by the same idiots who call themselves the press! God speed Sarah, may you have peace and love!

  2. She’s going to be one hard act to follow. She was absolutely brilliant in her dealings with a press corp that could not have been more hostile. Those people are TRASH.

Good job, and good luck, Sarah.

  3. Time to write a book – Inside the Trump White House from her keen perspective. Just in time for the 2020 election. She was a loyal trooper and generated a lot of love. She was ready for anything those arrogant talking heads threw at her.

She alone was the Year of the Women – sorry Democrats, it already happened. The Trump White House beat the Democrats to this distinction, starting with Kellyanne Conway campaign manager extraordinaire, to great picks like Betty DeVos and Nikki Haley, to the favorite one of them all on the very public front lines, Sarah Sanders. Yes, women thrive in the GOP.

Hope this immediate change also affects who gets the privilege of sitting in that press room. But even better to ask whether this grand-standing, media drive-by serves any purpose at all in our digital feed days.

  4. I’m pretty sure Sarah won’t be having her leaving party at the Red Hen restaurant in Virginia.
    😉

  5. It appears Sarah Sanders was forced out [ fired ] as Press Secretary.when the Mueller Report came out in April, 2019 for what ever reason investigators compared some of her comments to what was actually in the Mueller report.and found several of her comments were not true and subsequently she admitted to investigators she had lied. This was April 2019 and she submitted her resignation this early June. The only reason I can give was that someone was intentionally feeding her bad information from the Mueller Investigation and she was running with it to the public.

  6. All in all she did a really good job. I want Spicer to come back. He was a gift to SNL and the only funny skit they could create. I hate SNL but their impersonations of him were hilarious.

    1. @kong1967
I would love to have the guy who has the Spicier account on Twitter as new Press Sec.
He would mop the floor with all the leftist mefia, and charge them $1000 cleaning fees.
      😀

  7. Will be sorry to see Sarah go. She is a woman of great courage and even greater control. Only a woman with great control could have kept from bashing Acosta and Ryan over the head with a chair.

I wish her well whatever does or wherever she goes. I wasn’t a fan to begin with but her class and courage made me like and respect her. He’ll have a hard time replacing her.

      1. That’s true. Thus I applaud her self-control.

And baking a pie for April Ryan? I’d have baked one and thrown it in her ugly face!

    1. @kenoshamarge You know, it would have been refreshing to have seen her go totally WWE on the press.

  8. My guess is Sarah had a big heart to heart with herself and decided she really did not like the people she was asked to deal with during these press grand-standings.

She did a fantastic job, but who wants to spend prime hours of one’s life dealing with total a-holes. They were 100% immune to her grace, charm, quick with and exemplary intelligence. We loved her, but having to go into the cage with these jerks and watch them distort anything you said is just not worth it.

They didn’t win. They showed themselves for what they truly are. And for that, we are also grateful.

  9. I really liked the way Sarah handled the beast that is the media. She was like a superhero. I wish her well. And now, I hope he hires Candace Owens. The left wing media would poop their pants like Al Roker.

  10. I’m sorry to see Sarah go, but I can’t blame her for wanting to leave. I’m sure that she had enough of the stress associated with having to deal with raging leftist lunatics every day. It going to take a special person to be able to effectively replace Sarah.

  11. Thank you for your service, Sarah. You will be extremely missed. You showed sass and class taking on the bags of feces that are just the propaganda end of the democrat party. You showed how these anti-American dangers to a free society should be dealt with.

    1. I just posted a reason for Sarah Hucklebee Sanders being forced out for lies to the Public.Key in her name and click onto wikipedia,There is the reason for Sarah’s resignation.Let me know if my post was accurate enough.I have been doing some research for a couple of hours and this appears the best reason..

    2. That does make me feel better,Sometimes I hit the post and say,did i type that. Thanks lillie.

  12. Good for Sarah, I couldn’t stand to be in the same room with idiots like Jim Acosta for more than 5 minutes. The modern press sucks all the air and intelligence out of any place they occupy.

  13. Sarah H Sanders would make an excellent Governor. Time will tell whether her Dad will help or hurt her chances.
Good luck Sarah, you were a great press secretary.

    1. Why do think this? I ask because she has only been a press secretary. I have no idea what her positions are on a whole host issues. In that sense she did a good job as press secretary because her job was to represent someone else.

  14. Kellyanne Conway needs to be FIRED !
    But why !
So she doesn’t become the next Press Secretary ! … ;P

  15. Maybe she will agree to make guest appearances from time to time just to slap Acosta, Ryan, Karl, and a few of the other hyenas around some.

  16. She was pretty good. I hope he has someone equal or better up his sleeve. Why do I get the sense that he’s got Kellyanne in mind for that position?

  17. Kudos to Ms. Sanders in one of the most thankless jobs in Washington, D.C. She took a lot of unkind hits from some jerks in the media, but she handled everything with grace and dignity. I hope she was well compensated for her professionalism and patience. Good luck, Sarah.

    1. Every once in a while a successor comes along that meets or even
at times exceeds. Ask Steve Young or Aaron Rodgers.

      1. One of the names being tossed around is Stephanie Grisham, the White House Director of Communications for first lady Melania Trump. She is supposed to be very tough. And smart.

  18. I wish her well. She has done a great job, and took a lot of harsh criticism from the Media, but, with uncommon grace, never let it show. :facehearts:

  19. Awwww! I really liked her. Her dad not so much. Though he came across as a conservative he was actually more of a a fiscal liberal who grew Arkansas’s welfare state. I grew up there and still have tons of family there.

  20. Sarah has had to put up with much disrespect from the leftist media, and in her private life as well! Good luck Sarah. You have done a great job putting Acosta in his place. We wish you all the best!

  21. My guess is Sarah had a big heart to heart with herself and decided she really did not like the people she was asked to deal with during these press grand-standings.

      1. @wendzpnw I went back to Twitter about a week ago for the first time in years. I made it about half an hour and haven’t been back. I really have no idea how to use the site any more to see what everyone is saying.

So there’s a guy there that pretends to be Spicer?

  30. She’s going to be one hard act to follow. She was absolutely brilliant in her dealings with a press corp that could not have been more hostile. Those people are TRASH.

Good job, and good luck, Sarah.

  31. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is the greatest Press Sec in US history, worked for, behind Republican Pres Abraham Lincoln, the greatest Republican President in US history, Republican Pres Donald J. Trump !

I wish Sarah Huckabee Sanders a restful enjoyable happy life with her family.

Thank You Sarah for all that you have done to ensure the truth was always front and center, never surrendering to the America hating Trump hating radical leftist democrat MSMedia.. For your inexhaustible energy, your smile, your wit, your humor, and insight for our Republic, our Country, for Pres Trump.

    You will be missed !!

  32. A: Sanders is terrific—Sanders is pure evil.
Q: What is the difference between Sarah and Bernie. 😎

    1. @pybop
What’s a little BS between friends?
      😀
The B in Bernie stands for bullcrap. The S in Sarah stands for Super

  33. I wish her well. She has done a great job, and took a lot of harsh criticism from the Media, but, with uncommon grace, never let it show. :facehearts:

And smart.

  34. I first saw and, therefore, first heard of Sarah Huckabee Sanders about 2013-14 as a guest on one of Fox News’ afternoon programs (from the “Huckabee” name I put 2&2 together on that part). She was putting in her 2-cents worth on some discussion. My first impression was “damn, she’s really sharp and well-spoken”. I was definitely impressed and thereafter listened whenever her name came up. Also, I’ll admit to having developed a little bit of a crush . . . and now my heart is a little bit broken to see her depart. Best wishes Sarah.

  35. I must admit that when she got the job I thought she was going to be terrible. She actually took it to the propaganda machine quite well and I’ve been impressed numerous times. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Left tried to blackball her from any job opportunities, however. Maybe she’s got that covered already.

    1. @ryan-o Yeah, I heard Huckabee and was immediately turned off, but she turned out to be great at her job.

  36. Awwww! I really liked her. Her dad not so much. Though he came across as a conservative he was actually more of a a fiscal liberal who grew Arkansas’s welfare state. I grew up there and still have tons of family there.

  37. Sarah has had to put up with much disrespect from the leftist media, and in her private life as well! Good luck Sarah. You have done a great job putting Acosta in his place. We wish you all the best!

  38. Kudos to Ms. Sanders in one of the most thankless jobs in Washington, D.C. She took a lot of unkind hits from some jerks in the media, but she handled everything with grace and dignity. I hope she was well compensated for her professionalism and patience. Good luck, Sarah.

  39. With Trump’s penchant for hiring FOX people, wouldn’t it be interesting to see the lovely Dana Perino back up there? One can only hope. :envy:

  40. While I couldn’t stand her when she started (especially with the Huckabee connection), I will miss someone who has been one of the best Press Secretary’s I’ve known. I wish her well.

  41. Good luck, Sarah. You did a pretty decent job speaking for a man who manipulates TRUTH and FACTS like an artist manipulates paints, and you were often painted in a very narrow corner but did extraordinarily well at escaping with your pride and self-respect.

Even in his Tweet the Truthbender-In-Chief seems to be unsure how long he’s actually been PRESIDENT.

    Oye.

  42. I think Trump might have his math wrong there, as he’s only been president for 2.5 years.

Nope. He’s correct. If you’re using progressive math. Which he is.

  43. I was not impressed with Sarah, nor Trump at the beginning, however they both proved me wrong.
I hope the best for you and your patriotism into the future Sarah.

  44. Sarah did a great job as Press Secretary. That being said, I am not into political dynasties which seem to be happening more and more. So I am not all that keen on her being Governor of Arkansas. If we don’t watch out we will create a nobility class simply because we like name recognition.

    1. @paladin Name recognition? When I first heard Huckabee, I was prepared for disappointment. She exceeded my expectations.

      1. @dr-strangelove Mine too. I figured she only got the job because of her father. Imagine my surprise that she turned out to be one of the better Press Secretaries I’ve seen.
I’m still not a fan of political dynasties. It gives you the Bushes and other families who always trend Left the longer they stay in. In addition I really love how our nation selects representatives from among the populace. Do you usually have to have some kind of connection/sponsorship? Yeah, but your progeny don’t feel entitled to permanent employment in Government leadership. We now have Lisa Murkowski in Alaska, Liz Cheney in Wyoming. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Meghan McCain run for office. And with Sarah Huckabee rumored to run for Governor of AR, that’s four right there. I’m sure if I looked I’d find a lot more. There’s another George Bush, of the Bush’s, running for offices in Texas.

  47. Looking into the average term served as a Presidential press secretary it seems
to be about two and a half years. This is a very tough, stressful position as we
have to realize. Sarah Sanders has been an absolute rock star. She deserves
a break. Whatever the future holds for her I’m sure she will continue to serve
with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Good luck Sarah. Thank you.

  48. Kellyanne Conway needs to be FIRED !
    But why !
So she doesn’t become the next Press Secretary ! … ;P

  49. Already some dopes at Fox News ( Shep Smith ? ) were questioning whether she was being forced out due to Pres Trump and the ABC interview. Ridiculous as she had stated months ago she would be leaving.

      1. I put a question mark as I wasn’t sure if it was him or not @nygino but yes he is a total ass remember what he said about people should kiss their kids goodbye because we’re all gonna die said during hurricane matthew ? he should have been fired on the spot but privileged protected class I guess :facepalmg:

        1. Add political correctness to that @ruthiedoggiemom. He (?) is
now in a socially protected class.

      1. Not even the thought of Shep Smith could make me watch the liars at CNN. That’s what the mute and off buttons are for.

        1. My satellite has been out for over 3 weeks, and I do miss my cooking shows and reruns of those I like when I can’t sleep at night, and local news for the weather. Little else worth watching, except good old classic movies when you can find them! I’ve spent a small fortune on books for my Kindle, tho! I’m a voracious reader that can’t put the book down once I am into it!!!

          1. I too am a voracious reader and now that I’m retired I don’t feel guilty if I spend the better part of a day reading. If a dust bunny goes unnoticed – I don’t care.

I still love the “feel” of a book and turning pages so although the arthritis in my hands makes it impossible for me to hold a book I put it on my book stand and off I go. Right now I’m re-reading all my old Dean Koontz books. I love how he skewers both media and politicians.

            1. @kenoshamarge Dust bunnies? I feel ya Marge, I clean house once a year whether it needs it or not. (To be fair, I live in a truck and only have a house to collect mail and dead flies.)

    1. @ruthiedoggiemom Too many idiots that either don’t pay attention or have an agenda!! I’m so angry and disgusted……and sad.

  50. Maybe she will agree to make guest appearances from time to time just to slap Acosta, Ryan, Karl, and a few of the other hyenas around some.
