A second federal judge has ruled that President Trump’s tariffs are unconstitutional, issuing an injunction on Chinese tariffs related to these companies.
Thankfully the judge didn’t issue a nationwide injunction, but narrowed his ruling to only the two companies who sued.
He also stayed his ruling for two weeks to give the Trump administration time to appeal.

BREAKING: Judge Contreras has ruled Trump's tariffs are unlawful. This is a *separate* injunction by a federal judge in D.C., unrelated to the block issued yesterday by judges on the federal trade court. https://t.co/eimjAMgcVZ pic.twitter.com/HLEbEUIeLJ

Contreras limited the effect of his ruling to two companies that sued, but his argument that the tariffs are unawful would apply to any other litigants in this context, so it's likely to open the floodgates. https://t.co/8XhDVPgAkN
