BREAKING: SecState Marco Rubio is now acting head of USAID – [VIDEO]

Secretary of State Marco Rubio was just appointed as acting director of USAID, the agency that President Trump has agreed needs to be shut down.

I did find video of some of Rubio’s comments, where he criticized the agency for a history of ignoring our national interests and dolling out money to whomever they decide.

He does say that a lot of the functions of USAID will continue and they will be aligned with American foreign policy:
