BREAKING: Senate blocks ridiculous Schumer demand over government shutdown

The US Senate blocked a ridiculous demand by Chuck Schumer as he tries to justify a government shutdown on a clean continuing resolution.

Schumer wanted to reinstate NPR funding in order to keep the government open, which is clearly a move to get back in the good graces of his leftist constituents.

He will use this later as part of his justification for shutting down the government.

I wonder what Joe and Eileen Bailey think of all this????
