The Senate has approved of the House 1.4 trillion dollar spending bill by an overwhelming margin of 81-11. Of course that means the bill had a ton of Republican and Democratic support.
81-11: Senate approved 2020 national security spending package in its final vote for the year. Bill now headed to WH funds 4 appropriations bills including Defense & DHS through end of fiscal yr. It's the 2nd spending package needed to avert gov't shutdown tomorrrow at midnight. pic.twitter.com/ZGB0NOyQRB

There were 11 members who voted against the bill and only four of them are Republicans:
Braun (R-IN)
Cruz (R-TX)
Hawley (R-MO)
Lee (R-UT)
These are the Democrats who voted against the bill:
Carper (D-DE)
Gillibrand (D-NY)
Markey (D-MA)
Merkley (D-OR)
Schumer (D-NY)
Van Hollen (D-MD)
Wyden (D-OR)
I should also point out that there were 8 members who did not vote and they are:
Booker (D-NJ)
Burr (R-NC)
Harris (D-CA)
Isakson (R-GA)
Klobuchar (D-MN)
Paul (R-KY)
Sanders (I-VT)
Warren (D-MA)
Everyone else in the Senate voted for the bill. If you want to read their names you can do so here.
So the question is will Trump veto the bill? Doesn’t look like it, as we’ve already reported that Trump intends to sign it:
The House just approved two massive spending bills funding federal agencies through September 2020. Both expected to be approved by the Senate. WH adviser Kellyanne Conway told reporters the president will sign them. Government agencies run out of money at midnight on Friday.
