The Senate has just passed the NDAA by a vote of 84-14, with only four Republicans voting against it:

BREAKING: US Senate passes 2021's NDAA 86-14 . Bipartisan, veto-proof majority. House passed it 295-125, also veto-proof.
Now to the White House that has threatened to veto.

Just because it passes with a veto-proof majority doesn’t mean, once the president vetoes it, everyone will vote the same way. But it seems likely they would…
In the Senate, the four Republicans to vote against it were Braun, Kennedy, Lee and Paul.
In the House, 108 voted for the NDAA and 81 voted against it. Too many names to list, but you can read them here.
UPDATE: Just as a reminder, here’s what Trump said about the NDAA a few weeks ago:
I will Veto the Defense Authorization Bill if the Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren (of all people!) Amendment, which will lead to the renaming (plus other bad things!) of Fort Bragg, Fort Robert E. Lee, and many other Military Bases from which we won Two World Wars, is in the Bill!
