15 Republicans joined Democrats tonight to pass the Senate’s bipartisan gun-control bill which Cornyn negotiated and McConnell endorsed.
The bill includes the ominous red flag laws that will allow local authorities to disarm subjects deemed to be a threat.
The vote was 65-33:

Now the bill heads to the Senate where Pelosi will easily ram it through and put it on Biden’s desk.
I’m sure the soon-to-be new law will be litigated once it’s signed and hopefully the red flag portions will be halted until it gets to the Supreme Court.
