Open Source Intel has the details:

The U.S. State Department has confirmed it will not attend next week’s conference focused on a two-state solution for Israel and the Palestinians.

The conference is being co-hosted by France and Saudi Arabia with the goal of advancing a two-state framework

• The U.S. discourages participation, calling the meeting “counterproductive to ongoing efforts to end the Gaza war and release hostages”

• It also warned against any steps like unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state, stating these would oppose U.S. policy
