Steve Bannon was just sentenced to four months in prison and a fine of $6,500 for ignoring a subpoena by Pelosi’s hack January 6th committee.

But there’s a caveat.
According to NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell, the sentence was stayed pending appeal:

And according to a senior legal reporter for Politico, this appeal will take a while:
NICHOLS also agrees to delay Bannon's sentencing while he appeals, so long as that appeal is "timely."

An appeal in this amtter could take months or even years, so Bannon not going to jail anytime soon.

So this is a case of bad news and good news. Hopefully Bannon will be successful with this appeal and this sentencing will be reversed. Because as we all know, this entire prosecution is Democrat partisan garbage.
