BREAKING: Supreme Court agrees to hear major abortion case that could turn back Roe v. Wade

It’s been announced this morning that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear a major abortion case that could turn back the horrible decision of Roe v. Wade:

“BREAKING: The Supreme Court agrees to take up a major abortion case that will give the court an opportunity to reconsider Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey. The case involves the constitutionality of Mississippi’s ban on most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.”

“BREAKING: The Supreme Court agrees to hear Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health, a challenge to Mississippi’s 15-week abortion ban. This may well mark the beginning of the end of Roe v. Wade.”

From Sterns lips to God’s ears. Although, being a staff writer at Slate, his tweet is almost undoubtedly a lament instead of a hope.

And I think we do have hope that this new Supreme Court could bring about the end of Roe v. Wade. I know the justices don’t always rule like we want, and that could happen here. But I believe there’s a very strong chance that this court will do it and I hope it happens with this Missouri case.

Remember, the incredibly nasty fight over Kavanaugh was really about abortion. The end of Roe v. Wade is what the left fears most, which is why Democratic states like New York made their abortion laws even stronger after Kavanaugh was put on the high court.

I just hope these newer justices don’t bow to the pressure from Democrats, as Roberts did with Obamacare, who want to destroy the Supreme Court by adding more seats to it. Because that will be the message Democrats send to these justices, that if they overturn Roe v. Wade, more seats will be added to the court.
