Instead of choosing to stay a lower court ruling which said Trump cannot claim immunity in the January 6th case, the Supreme Court has decided to hear the case themselves.
The case will be heard on the week of April 22, which means it will be a while before Biden’s hack prosecutor Jack Smith can get the substance of his ridiculous case heard. Which is awesome.
Here’s the news:
BREAKING: The Supreme Court has agreed to decide whether former President Donald Trump can claim presidential immunity over criminal election interference charges, adding a new hurdle to a trial taking place.
