BREAKING: Supreme Court allows Trump transgender military ban to be ENFORCED

The Supreme Court has just ruled that the Trump administration can enforce their transgender ban on the military while lawsuits against the policy work their way through the courts:



We told you a couple of weeks ago that a Federal Appeals court had come to the same conclusion about the transgender ban. However, because other courts had injunctions on the same case, the court was unable to lift the ban. Now that is moot.

I’m not sure this ruling by the Supreme Court is any indication of how they would rule on the policy once it gets there, but it does seem like a positive move on their part.

Either way, I’m sure Trump will tout this as a victory over the court system, which seems to stymie him at every move these days.
