The Supreme Court has just denied a second emergency bid to block Joe Biden’s student loan voter bribe.
Amy Coney Barrett, who is over the 7th Circuit, has now denied a second application for an emergency injunction. It was submitted a few days ago and now the denial is in.
According to SCOTUSblog, “Amy Coney Barrett has again denied a request on the shadow docket to block Biden’s student-debt relief plan. This is the second time she’s done so. (Both requests went to Barrett because they arose out of the 7th Circuit, where Barrett handles emergency appeals).”

They note that she denied an emergency request on this last month as well.
As of November 1st, SCOTUSblog says the Biden student loan bribery plan was already on hold by the 8th Circuit in a separate case:
Note that the student-loan plan remains on hold due to a lower-court ruling in a different legal challenge: The 8th Circuit blocked the plan from taking effect last month. That litigation is unrelated to the two cases mentioned above (but it too will likely end up at SCOTUS).

I suppose it’s possible that she’s refusing to block it because it’s already blocked by a lower court, but she didn’t give any indication in her denial so I’m just guessing.
