The Supreme Court has just denied Jack Smith’s request to expedite his appeal to make a final decision on Trump’s claim of presidential immunity.

The Supreme Court has denied Special Counsel Smith's request for an expedited review of the case against Trump.

If Techno Fog is right and it sure looks like he is, this is great news for Trump. The desperate Jack Smith won’t be able to meddle in the 2024 election with this bogus attack on Trump and Biden will no doubt be furious. Good.
