UPDATE: FALSE? – Supreme Court orders Trump to bring back MS-13 gangbanger from El Salvador

MAJOR UPDATE – There is apparently some confusion over this ruling by the Supreme Court. Fox News was reporting last night exactly what I posted below. But others are saying this is not the case, including Stephen Miller:

From this it sounds like the Trump administration does not have to bring Abrego back.

The Supreme Court has just ruled that President Trump must bring back the MS-13 gangbanger, who was deported and sent to a prison in El Salvador.

“Nevertheless, I agree with the Court’s order that the proper remedy is to provide Abrego Garcia with all the process to which he would have been entitled had he not been unlawfully removed to El Salvador. That means the Government must comply with its obligation to provide Abrego Garcia with “due process of law,” including notice and an opportunity to be heard, in any future proceedings.”
