The Supreme Court this morning has ruled in favor of the Little Sisters of the poor, upholding Trump’s expansion of Obama’s contraception exemption rule which allowed universities and employers to opt out of mandate to pay for birth control coverage:

This is a rule Trump expanded way back in October of 2017, to give more employers and universities the ability to opt-out on being forced to pay for contraception based on religious or moral grounds. It was challenged in the courts and the Supreme Court finally took it up this year.
Thankfully the upheld the rule, as it should be. It was unconscionable that Obama forced companies to pay for birth control in the first place.
