The Supreme Court just struck down the Colorado law banning so-called ‘conversion therapy’, and they did so by vote of 8-1, with the Biden DEI justice dissenting.
This lawsuit was filed by a clinical therapist in Colorado after the state adopted a law banning any therapy that would attempt to change the sexual orientation or gender identity of a minor.
This therapist, Kaley Chiles, has won the day, and she absolutely should have because this was nothing more than discrimination against Christians.
Here’s the news:
The court's first and only opinion for the day is in Chiles v. Salazar, on whether a Colorado law barring conversion therapy violates free speech. The opinion is from Justice Gorsuch and the vote is 8-1, with Justice Jackson dissenting.

The court holds that Colorado's law banning conversion therapy, as applied to a counselor's talk therapy, regulates speech based on viewpoint, and the lower courts should have applied a more rigorous standard of review. https://t.co/4143Vc80aQ
